What this site is
This site presents our products and wholesale export services (B2B). No sale or payment takes place through the site; every order is concluded under a separate written agreement (proforma invoice) setting out specification, quantity, price and delivery terms.
Prices and offers
Prices shown on the site are indicative estimates only and vary with quantity, specification, the cotton price and freight rates. The binding price is the one stated in the approved quotation, valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
Minimum order
Each model carries a minimum order quantity, shown on its page. Minimums are negotiable when several models are combined into one shipment.
Samples and specification
The approved pre-production sample is the final reference for quality, fit and colour. Slight colour variation between batches is accepted within normal apparel-industry limits, and size tolerance does not exceed ±1 cm.
Payment and delivery
Usual payment terms: a deposit on order confirmation and the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, unless otherwise agreed. Stated production and shipping times are estimates, and we are not liable for delays outside our control such as port closures or customs decisions.
Intellectual property
When you order a logo or design to be printed, you confirm that you hold the right to use it and bear sole legal responsibility for it. For our part, we undertake never to reuse your design or label for another customer.
Quality and claims
Every batch is inspected before shipping. Claims for manufacturing defects are accepted within 15 days of the goods arriving at your port, supported by photographs and carton numbers; compensation takes the form of replacement in the next shipment or an agreed credit.
