What we collect
This is an informational wholesale site. There are no accounts and no online purchasing. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email we keep what you send us: your name, company name, contact details and order requirements. We never ask for bank or card details through this website.
Browsing data
The site runs behind a content delivery network which records routine operational data such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance. We use a single cookie, only to remember the language you chose. We run no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
How we use the data
To answer your enquiries, prepare quotations, and fulfil and ship orders. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: the producing factory, the freight forwarder and customs clearance agents — and only as far as the shipment requires.
How long we keep it
Order correspondence and documents are kept for as long as accounting and customs requirements demand, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask at any time for a copy of the data we hold on you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted, using the contact details in the site footer. We respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer data is limited to the sales team handling your order.
